The aim of the International Association for Casino Security is to facilitate a lawful exchange of information and ideas pursuant to the maintenance of casino security. The IACS Web Site is established for the exclusive use of IACS members and authorised persons.

IACS places great importance on the security of all information associated with its members and information stored on its Web Site. IACS has security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of member's or other data under its control.   For example, our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorised personnel have access to user and stored information.  Whilst we cannot ensure or guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration of data will not occur, we use our best efforts to prevent this.

Where is the information stored?

Information which you submit via our Web Site is stored on a computer located in the European Economic Area.  This is necessary in order to process the information and to send you any information you have requested.  Information submitted by you will be available only to other members of IACS.

It is recognized that not all countries outside the EEA have data protection or privacy laws. However IACS members and the data processors responsible for this site will all apply the data protection principles applicable in UK law
